Finance Operations, reporting to the Head of Finance

Full-time position for immediate start – HQ in Tel Aviv, Israel

December 2023

We are looking for someone to join our amazing adventure. We build and scale our financial and economic operations, as we grow fast, internally, and globally.

Your main responsibilities will be taking care of all finance processes and supporting business operations.

Key responsibilities: 

·       Manage the company’s financial platforms

·       Perform all activities related to the account payable function

·       Manage the P&L accounts

·       Look for cost savings opportunities on any administrative or operating expenses

·       Process Travel & expenses reports and maintain approval flow

·       Engaging and supporting other departments on financial and accounting matters

·       Support implementation of ERP and managing the platform

Desired Skills and Experience:

·       Excellent communication and organizational skills

·       Team player and service-oriented

·       High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, high sense of responsibility

·       Strong Excel skills

·       Verbal and written skills in English

·       Previous experience in a high-tech company - advantage

·       3 years of work experience in a Global Company - advantage

·       Experience in Netsuite – advantage

·       Availability and ability to routinely support our global operations, namely US (west and east coast), during their business hours.
