By redefining how plants are cared for, we are disrupting the common perception of who can be a 'plant parent.'

As part of our mission to make home design frictionless, we understood that plants are the worst home design product that dies constantly. We knew this was an engineering issue, so we invested 2 years and developed a self-watering system that prevents plants from dying.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Head of Retail to lead our retail expansion in the U.S. We need a business development expert with a strategic and analytical mindset to scale operations effectively. If you have experience launching retail ventures or have made significant strides in business development, your skills in strategic planning and analytical decision-making will be pivotal in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy: Craft and execute a retail strategy that reflects easyplant's mission and goals. Conduct detailed market and consumer research to identify prime locations, enhance customer experience, and refine our product offerings for sustainable store growth
• Customer Experience: Uphold easyplant's standard of exceptional service across all retail locations. Innovate in-store experiences to boost customer loyalty and address feedback efficiently
• Retail Operations: Manage the establishment and operation of our stores, focusing on consistency and excellence in customer service. Monitor and analyze store performance to evaluate success and revise strategy to push growth
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a top-tier retail team. Guide store managers and staff toward achieving both individual and collective objectives
• Business Development: Seek for strategic partnerships and monitor market trends to expand easyplant's retail footprint
