Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale campaigns and budgets with a focus on CR, CPA, and ROI
• Identify new opportunities to expand the reach of the UA activity
• Create and maintain testing plans across the campaigns
• Develop, implement, and monitor monthly media plans across the campaigns
• Leverage analytics tools to optimize the performance
• Provide data-driven reports and suggest optimization actions
• Work with the in-house creative team

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in B2C mobile app.
• Knowledge of the User Acquisition and Digital Marketing landscape, channels, and techniques. Passionate about learning and growing professionally as a digital marketer.
• Highly proficient in English.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and charts).
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Able to work with large sets of data and numbers.
• Self-starter with close attention to detail.
• Team player with strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Prior professional experience in the field of digital marketing.
• Experience with tools for campaign management and marketing research.
