Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale campaigns and budgets with a focus on CR, CPA, and ROI
- Identify new opportunities to expand the reach of the UA activity
- Create and maintain testing plans across the campaigns
- Develop, implement, and monitor monthly media plans across the campaigns
- Leverage analytics tools to optimize the performance
- Provide data-driven reports and suggest optimization actions
- Work with the in-house creative team
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2C mobile app.
- Knowledge of the User Acquisition and Digital Marketing landscape, channels, and techniques. Passionate about learning and growing professionally as a digital marketer.
- Highly proficient in English.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and charts).
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Able to work with large sets of data and numbers.
- Self-starter with close attention to detail.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
Nice to have
- Prior professional experience in the field of digital marketing.
- Experience with tools for campaign management and marketing research.
