Production and Planning control Specialist

Job description:

Involvement from the stage of the client's order/company needs until receiving the finished product.

Understanding BOM, opening work orders and checking their content and managing accordingly.

Analyzing the results of the MRP run and opening work orders according to the needs, whilst tracking the inventory levels.

Giving solutions to deficiencies whilst keeping up to the production plan.

Understanding of the work processes and creating Excel reports.

Responsibility and control over inventory counts, from the stage of the counting procedure to the production of the end of the count's report.

Work interfaces with supply chain, engineering, production, and subcontractors.

*The position is not an administrative position and is subordinate to the Purchasing and Logistics Director.

Job requirements:

Relevant academic degree.

Experience from working with companies with multidisciplinary products – at least two years.

Excel proficiency – mandatory.

Work Experience with abroad and local suppliers and subcontractors.

Experience with material planning and products supply according to the work plan and projects’ target.

Experience with analyzing material balance.

Independent work ability in a dynamic environment, quick responding and team work.

Multitasking and working under pressure.

High level of English – talking, writing, conduct and expression.

Understanding of purchasing processes and making orders – advantage.

Understanding of shipping processes – advantage.
