Senior Product Manager

Tomorrow.io's SaaS applications team driven to solve one of the world's most critical and challenging problems – bringing access to essential weather and climate data globally. Through software, we partner with some of the world's leading organizations, institutions, and governments to change how they use technology to take advantage of cutting-edge weather/climate models and insights only available through the Tomorrow.io's Platform and API and impact their operations and business outcome.

As the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for strategic decision-making and building of the roadmap and priorities as well as writing detailed specs that will lead engineering to effective execution. You will be involved in customer and sales discussions when needed and at times be asked to present key highlights of our upcoming roadmap to customers and others alike.

No two days are the same, but as the Senior Product Manager, you can expect to:

• Analyze the market and internal validation and performance data to identify top priorities to work on.
• Work with the engineering leads in designing a tangible roadmap and work plan to be communicated outward to the broader business.
• Craft requirements documentation
• Coordinate the go-to-market release and messaging of product releases with marketing, the customer team, and sales.
• Present our capabilities and roadmap to customers and sales prospects to garner enthusiasm toward what we are doing.
  
  

What you bring:

• At least five years of experience in Product Management, working on complex products.
• The ability to build a case driven by data to justify a hypothesis and push when you believe in something.
• Adaptive and introspective; willing to learn, teach, lead and follow.
• Business-driven critical thinking skills. Always understands the broader context of why something may be important for us to do, but not necessarily the best thing to do now given circumstances and why.
• Strong ability to communicate complicated topics into digestible formats for others to understand.
• Can-do attitude.
