Role Description

This is a full-time Salesforce Implementer hybrid work. The Salesforce Implementer will be responsible for configuring Salesforce to meet the client's business requirements, documenting those business processes, and training the users on the Salesforce solution. The Salesforce Implementer will configure, test, implement, and maintain Salesforce. The Salesforce Implementer will study new Salesforce releases and emerging technologies. We are looking for a candidate who is proactive in seeking out and resolving issues related to Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years Experience with Salesforce implementation.
• Experience with various Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document business requirements, write user stories/requirements, and manage project tasks.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members and other cross-functional groups.
