Role Description

Sales team managers have a unique opportunity to combine the challenges of the pension industry.

- Direct management of 10-15 pension marketers.

-Maintaining compliance with regulations while driving sales and meeting targets.

-Training staff on the company's products, including financial details.

- Analyzing compliance versus performance reports.

-The position requires a field servant (with a vehicle attached)

- Petah Tikva is the headquarters of the company, and it is required that you arrive once a week.

Qualifications

- Pension license - Must

-At least 4 years of experience in the field -Must

-Interpersonal skills

-Excellent analytical skills
