We’re looking for an experienced top-notch design master to take the lead on our existing brand, and amplify our creative market presence. We are looking for someone who mandates brand consistency across all facets of outbound facing assets including but not limited to infographics, eBooks, online banners, whitepapers, tradeshow booths, social tiles, our website, landing pages, presentations, and other print and digital collateral (as well as numerous one-off creative and fun initiatives).
As the design lead, you’ll work closely with the marketing team and senior leadership to ensure clear, and cohesive creative that reflects the Silverfort brand. This role will also support corporate initiatives and internal communications.
This is a strategic position within the marketing organization. We are looking for someone to not only elevate our brand but continuously bring creativity and trends into all areas of our design. Additionally, we want someone who can communicate design shifts and transitions and how they will benefit the business. We want a creative and energetic thinker. Most importantly – we are a very unified team that leads first with kindness and collaboration, so those personal attributes are essential.
Responsibilities
Design & creative
Own the design of:
- The brand book/style guide
- Written collateral: eBooks, Whitepapers, etc
- Website: Working with the dev team to ensure the design is fully implemented
- Banners: social, ads, blog heroes, etc.
- PPT: creating templates for general use, and creating dedicated designs for specific events
- Booth, billboards, outward facing marketing structures/displays
Brand creation and maintenance
- Work closely with Silverfort’s marketing leadership to ensure a consistent brand across all channels, internally and externally
- Suggest and brainstorm about creative content
- Develop and optimize our visual language
Management and execution
- Organize time, commit to delivery date and
- Engage external contractors and ensure they deliver high-quality outputs
- Manage internal team (in the future) and current external contract design team
Qualifications
- 5+ years of art direction/design/creative experience with hands-on experience
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite required (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Experience in video editing, animation, and CGI is a plus
- Expert across Creative Cloud and experience with Figma
- Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and at all levels of the organization
- Strong presentation skills to articulate rationale and evoke excitement with recommendations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and quality standards
