Business Development Representative with Fluent English (Entry Level)

Faddom is excited to expand its team following a successful funding round from NFX and another top-notch Israeli VC and is now seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) for English-speaking markets.

This is a unique opportunity to join our journey of taking over the Small-Medium Enterprise (SME) IT Operations and Cybersecurity sector.

This role is ideal for those passionate about entering the high-tech ecosystem, eager to develop business and sales know-how, and looking to be part of a high-performing team and fast-growing startup.

Key Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus).
• Self-driven and highly focused, with an inherent curiosity and a passion for technology, demonstrating a solid work ethic to meet targets consistently despite potential rejections.
• Exhibits excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A real team player who works effectively brings motivation and dedication and is fun to be around.

What We Offer:

• Full-time position based in our Ramat Gan office (Bursa area).
• Sunday to Thursday (Wednesday we're working from home), 10:00-18:00, with flexibility as needed.
