Quality Assurance Manager

We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Manager with an engineering background as well as extensive management skills. This is a full-time position that will require the candidate to have a deep understanding of manufacturing and testing processes, in addition to a proven track record of managing QA team (auditors and engineers).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Management of 15 quality auditors and engineers.
• Management of MRB Committees.
• Leading intral audits and external audits.
• Leading CAPA processes in the organization.
• Involvement in development processes and organizational improvement processes from QA
• of view.

Experience Requirement:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA management in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and testing processes.
• Proven track record of leading and managing a QA team.
• Experience with ISO and other quality certifications.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and quality control tools.
• Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical / Materials / Aerodynamics / Electricity engineer.
• Quality engineer-advantage.
• Lead Auditor certificate.
• Languages - very good English, Russian – advantage.
