Assistant Controller

The ideal candidate will be comfortable generating frequent financial reports for senior management. They should track financial information in a well-organized manner and assist the Controller in all aspects related to finance at the organization. This candidate should be comfortable analyzing balance sheets in order to forecast revenue and keep track of accounts payable and receivable.

Responsibilities

• Monthly and routinely reports
• Month end closing activities
• Monitor the work of bookkeepers/GL accountants
• Reconcile intercompany activities for Israel entities
• Reconcile intercompany balances with Greif entities.
• Check and monitor the books of accounts.
• Monitor of quarterly inventory cycle counts
• Monitoring the capex utilization
• Management of fixed assets, depreciation ,capitalize assets etc
• Preparation of reports for Greif global
• Preparation of statutory reports
• Annual audits preparations
• Monitor of customers' aging and collection.
• Efficient the processes in the finance department.
• Monitoring the factoring process
• Reporting to local authorities
• Reporting to the Central Bureau of Statistics

Qualifications

• Certified CPA
• Experience in an industrial plant -an advantage.
• High level of English
• Analytical skills
• Excel at a high level
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience with ERP systems
• Strong technical, analytical, communication and presentation skills
