Role Overview:

• As our IT Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role, going beyond traditional management to actively coordinate with multiple vendors and manage a diverse system infrastructure.

• This role is central to our operations, ensuring seamless, continuous service delivery, and is ideal for those who thrive in dynamic, always-on environments.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A rich background in IT/IT Operations, especially valued if coupled with experience in TV/Video IT operations from leading industry players.

• Expertise in server systems, infrastructure, and a keen understanding of CRM systems, especially open-source platforms.

• Experience in operational aspects of billing and familiarity with support center telephony systems.

• Proficiency in classic databases (MySQL, MSSQL) with the ability to comfortably manage databases and execute queries.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT operations, guaranteeing an uninterrupted, first-class service experience for our customers.

• Engage in proactive system monitoring, issue prevention, and regular reporting to maintain optimal operational performance.

• Exhibit flexibility to coordinate critical actions beyond standard working hours, as needed.

• Ensure the NOC adheres to established protocols and thresholds to maintain system integrity and minimize disruptions.
