Quality Assurance Manager

Job Overview: Sensorz is looking for an experienced and dedicated QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team within the R&D department. The role involves overseeing the development and implementation of quality assurance and testing strategies to ensure the highest standards of our software products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QA team in an agile environment, ensuring high-quality product delivery and continuous improvement.

• Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies that encompass all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.

• Collaborate closely with the development, product, and DevOps teams to integrate QA processes into the software development lifecycle.

• Design and execute test plans and test cases based on system requirements and technical specifications.

• Identify, report, and track software defects, working with the development team to ensure timely resolution.

• Oversee the adoption of new technologies and tools for improving QA processes, such as automation frameworks.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in QA management or a senior QA role.

• Strong background in software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.

• Knowledge of server, database, and client-side technologies.

• Familiarity with Python

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Fluent in English.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the wireless network or telecommunications sector.

• Experience working with IoT products

• Understanding of network security, data protection, and RF technologies.

• Familiarity with wireless infrastructure and network architecture.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerization
