In any given workday, you will be given the responsibility to innovate and create an impact on our business. This is an onsite position at our campus in Kiryat-Gat, Israel. Training assignments may be required at other domestic or international locations. As a Basebuild Project Manager (Electrical) your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Build and drive safety Culture of Caring in every business environment, office to the construction sites, and from front-end planning to construction execution. Plan and deliver Base build construction projects using multiple delivery and execution strategies. Responsibilities are from project initiation through to closeout, including the development and management of project scope, schedules, budgets, contracting and compensation strategies, EHS and IIF program, quality program, project controls, and change management. Ensure that the project is always in compliance with Construction Management Practices and to Base build standard operating procedures. Projects include disciplines such as mechanical, process, electrical, architectural, civil, structural, IT, and I/C. Interact and partner with customer management; resource plan the project; provide direction to the Base build project teams; have a sound knowledge of the project and construction contracts; and will partner with Tool Install, Operations, and support organizations to develop and manage an integrated plan that will achieve project objectives and commitments. Demonstrate expertise in all aspects of construction project management including design, scheduling, estimating, contract delivery methodologies, project execution, field safety management, cost administration, change management, and closeout. Organized and detail oriented with expertise to identify, analyze, and solve problems. Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Well-founded leadership, collaboration and mentoring skills. Effective at problem solving, including problem solving methodologies, research strategies, logical reasoning, critical analysis of information and cooperative learning.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: The candidate must have at least one of the following: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering and related field with 4+ years of experience in project/construction management on major facilities/base build construction projects including contract management, schedule and budget development, and management; change control; and construction means and methods. Master's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering and related field with 3+ years of experience in project/construction management on major facilities/base build construction projects including contract management, schedule and budget development, and management; change control; and construction means and methods. Preferred Qualifications: Electrical Engineering Project Manager Professional (PMP)
