Certification Specialist

NeoGames Studio is the world’s leading provider of instant games. In many cases, our new and innovative games require certifications from the world’s leading Certification Labs prior to delivering them to our customers.

We are looking for a Certification Specialist for a part-time job in our Games Studio.

The Certification Specialist manages the entire process of submitting the games to the Labs and ensuring that the games are quickly passing the certification process.

Responsibilities:

• Organize the certification submission and renewal processes.
• Effective collection of all required information and careful review of the documentation in order to ensure a timely approval process by the Labs.
• Coordinate sessions between the Labs and internal teams as required.
• Manage and answer certification lab tickets Suggest process improvements as applicable.
  
  

• Experience in similar certification processes – an advantage.
• Experience in the Gaming industry - an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented.
