We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR System Implementer with a strong background in integration projects, particularly in SuccessFactors.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful implementation, and integration of HR systems,

with a focus on optimizing processes and enhancing the overall functionality of the SuccessFactors platform.

The candidate should also possess strong analytics skills to derive insights from HR data and have experience working in a global company.

Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and requirements.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective system configurations.
• Design, develop, and implement integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR systems or third-party applications.
• Customize SuccessFactors modules to meet specific business needs and enhance user experience.
• Configure workflows, rules, and permissions in alignment with HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee data migration activities, ensuring the accurate and secure transfer of data to and from SuccessFactors.
• Implement data governance best practices to maintain data integrity.
• Utilize analytics tools and techniques to derive actionable insights from HR data.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement analytics solutions that enhance decision-making.
• Bring experience working in a global company, understanding the complexities and nuances of HR systems in an international context.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support throughout the implementation process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field.

Proven experience (3 + years) as an HR System Implementer with a focus on SuccessFactors.

In-depth knowledge of HR processes, data structures, and best practices.

Strong understanding of integration tools and methodologies, with hands-on experience in implementing integrations.

Proficiency in English for effective communication in a global context.

Experience Working In a Global Company.

Proficiency in analytics tools and techniques for HR data analysis.
