What To Expect
As an Enterprise Operations Coordinator you are responsible for facilitating day-to-day Operations with large Business customers, with a special focus on Leasing Companies. You will work across the entire customer journey, from order processing to delivery, invoicing, cash collection and after-sales services. The main priority is to ensure smooth and seamless processes.

What You'll Do

Responsible for managing day-to-day operations with large Business customers

Act as primary point of contact for Leasing Company’s operations teams across Sales, Deliver and Service

Together with the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the definition and implementation of processes and procedures with leasing companies across all areas:

Ordering

Delivery

Registration

Invoicing

Payment

Account and Driver Management

Supercharger

Over-the-air upgrades

Returns

Renewals

BBG/RVG

Service

Play an active role on the quick adoption of digital tools eliminating need for human intervention such as the Tesla for Business Platform

Ensure leasing companies understand, adopt and comply with Tesla processes and procedures

Communicate to Leasing Companies all pertinent information about delivery, our products, services, pricing or any changes in process

Responsible for coaching, able to lead and mentor others through all operational processes

Work cross-functionally with HQ and field Sales, Delivery, Service and support teams

Accountable for resolving operational issues affecting leasing companies and their drivers

Ensure operational contractual agreement terms are met by our customers with a particular focus on prompt payment to Tesla

Responsible for revenue recognition and final payment collection in collaboration with Sales & Delivery
