Defense sales experience only !!!

A stable, Pleasant company is looking for an experienced sales professional with a passion for the defense industry and a background in selling control systems, to drive the defense sales department to new heights.

Responsibilities:

1.End-to-End Sales Expertise: responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.

2.Command & Control Systems Sales: Specialization in C2/ C4I systems will be a significant advantage in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the defense industry.

3.Expand the global reach and establish strong partnerships with international defense organizations.

4.Strategize, analyze market trends, and develop business plans that foster growth and profitability.

5.Building strong relationships with defense clients and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Vast experience selling into the defense local & global market.

• Ability to prepare commercial price proposals and work independently.

• 5+ years of successful Direct and Channel Sales experience in the defense market.

• Excellent negotiation and sales skills.

• Strong technical background - a must.

• Understanding in Command & Control - a great advantage.

• Strong presentation skills and personal charm to build relationships.

• Ability to perform in a complex environment and strive to meet sales objectives.

• Experience in leading complex sales processes, including large and multiple proposal efforts.

• Past experience in Project / Program Management in the Defense market - an advantage.

• Fluent in English, an additional European language is a plus.

• MBA is an advantage.
