• Managing and overseeing customer service in quality assurance and providing support in resolving technical and managerial issues.
• Guiding external auditors and liaising with clients, analyzing findings, defining corrective actions, and verifying their implementation.
• Handling quality agreements with customers.
• Collecting data for preparation and presentation of management surveys, writing a summary of management surveys, and monitoring performance.
Mandatory Minimum Requirements:
• Academic education.
• Engineering education - an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance processes.
• Familiarity with quality assurance in medical equipment.
• Excellent English skills, including reading and writing.
