A young growing startup in iGaming industry is looking for an experienced Affiliate Program Manager. Affiliation in iGaming is an increasingly competitive environment, and to achieve a leading position, results must be delivered every day.

Responsibilities

·      Managing Affiliate Program for a brand

·      Recruiting new affiliates, seeking for new traffic sources and opportunities

·      Account managing a portfolio of affiliate partners by multiple channels (email, phone, Skype, WhatsApp) to maximize revenue generation

·      Nurturing existing affiliates to deliver incremental revenue month by month, and negotiating bespoke commercial deals where it’s necessary to attract additional revenue

·      Monitoring, tracking, and evaluating all affiliate marketing activity and reporting ROI of campaigns

·      Creating affiliate promotions and incentives to keep existing affiliates actively promoting our sites

·      Monitoring and participating in main affiliate marketing forums and events to strengthen existing affiliate relationships – locally and abroad.

·      Front line contact with existing affiliates – handling queries, commercial negotiations, affiliate support and FAQ responses

·      Maintaining full awareness and understanding of appropriate legislation and best practice for affiliate marketing initiatives

·      Report regularly on performance vs plans

·      Conducting competitor research and monitoring industry updates

·      Exploring new markets

Required Qualifications

·      Experience as an affiliate manager for at least 2 years – must

·      Demonstrated ability to drive sales - must

·      Fluent in Russian and English, both oral and written - must

·      Strong experience and understanding of online marketing and acquisition channels in European market – must

·       Previous experience gained in online gaming – huge advantage

·      Experience and proven records in recruiting affiliates – huge advantage

·      Strong negotiation, networking, and business development skills

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·      Ability to work under pressure, in a goal-oriented environment and bring results

·      High motivation and dedication, eager and proactive

·      Excel – very good level

·      BA in economics/business management/industrial management – advantage
