R&D Project Manager - cyber

•Own project execution end to end. Work with large scale R&D teams

Project management expert - setting up project’s roadmap, managing scope, backlog and timeline, tracking key milestones, managing KPIs , key dependencies etc.

Ensuring deliverables are planned and ontrack - visibility and tracking

Perform reviews of various project activities to identify and highlight risks and develop appropriate contingency plans

Work with diverse stakeholders (developers, squad leads, product, senior management, etc. ) to ensure project success

Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur

Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration

What We're Looking For:

5 years of experience with project manager, preferably in large global organizations

Deep understanding of Jira

Excellent knowledge of Agile methodology & frameworks

Strong familiarity with software development lifecycle

Can operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Experienced in working with large num of stakeholders in / cross units

Strategic thinking and ability to dive to technical aspects quickly

Excellent communication and servant leadership skills

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability with outstanding organizational skills

Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams

People person and a team player

Experience in software development - advantage
