Product Manager

The Product Management team plays a pivotal role in overseeing our entire product portfolio, crafting the roadmap, and executing our strategic vision. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering top-notch products and services, possesses a deep understanding of user experience, and excels at making informed decisions in complex and ambiguous situations. 

Responsibilities: 

• Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to execution. 
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Identify, design, experiment, and refine product strategies using insights derived from customer and partner feedback and data. 
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with R&D and QA teams to ensure a smooth and efficient product development and release process in an agile environment. 
• Roadmap Development: Create and validate a comprehensive product roadmap in consultation with Volumez stakeholders, aligning it with the evolving business requirements. 
• Market Analysis: Lead in-depth market analysis, assess the competitive landscape, and thoroughly understand market requirements to develop a prioritized feature list. 
• Sales Enablement: Provide guidance, training, and instructions to sales teams, empowering them with knowledge about the value proposition, competitive analysis, market fit, and sales strategies. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

• Product Management Expertise: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in product management within an agile environment. 
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Proven track record in developing and executing product go-to-market strategies. 
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with enterprise storage systems and cloud infrastructure is essential. We may also consider candidates with backgrounds in customer-facing roles (presales/postsales) or development experience in either data storage systems or cloud infrastructure. 
• Decision-Making: Confidence in making critical decisions that drive product success. 
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English. 

Preferred Skills and Experience: 

• Kubernetes: Experience with Kubernetes is a valuable asset. 
• Education: A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
