Community Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Community Manager to join our organization and help us cultivate a thriving and engaged community of developers on Discord. As a Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering connections, promoting collaboration, and attracting top developer talent to our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment within the Discord server, fostering a sense of belonging among developers of all backgrounds and skill levels.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, and retain active members in the developer community.
• Moderate discussions, address member concerns, and resolve conflicts promptly and effectively.
• Organize and host events, workshops, and competitions to promote knowledge sharing, skill development, and networking among community members.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering, product management, and marketing, to gather insights and incorporate feedback from the developer community into product development and marketing initiatives.
• Track community engagement metrics, analyze trends and provide regular reports to management on the developer community’s performance.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in community management, preferably within the tech industry or gaming community.
• Proven ability to build and manage online communities, fostering engagement and collaboration among diverse groups of individuals.
• Strong understanding of Discord as a platform and experience with other community engagement tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and relate to developers of all levels.
• Passion for technology and a genuine interest in fostering the growth and development of the developer community.
