About Co-Impact

Co-Impact is an Israeli NGO, initiated in 2015, to advance the Diversity, Equity & inclusion (DE&I) of Arab Society within the largest companies in the Israeli private sector. In parallel, Co Impact is the enabler of a Collective Impact Model, leading forums and connecting all stakeholders to work in partnership towards a breakthrough in Arab employment.

Responsibilities

• Build the department strategy and an annual work plan including planning, implementation, monitoring and measurement.
• Maintain and build Co-Impact's philanthropic donor base- knowledge of the field, experience in networking and reaching donors.
• Manage and oversee resource development team members - Supervise the execution of grant applications / reports / donor updates.
• Co-ordinate and prepare donor visits, reporting and presentations.
• Prepare and oversee budgets – income, program, expense.

Requirements

• Uphold the vision and the values of Co-Impact. 
• Understanding of Arab society and the field of employment.
• Experience as a resource development professional.
• Strong managerial abilities – with experience as manager and leader.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both English and Hebrew
• Financial proficiency - ability to build, track and report on budgets. 
• Strong interpersonal skills - ability to work with numerous people and partners, in different positions.
• High organizational, and multitasking skills -ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Full-time position located in Tel Aviv and Hadera.
