IBP Manager - Imaging

Job Description Summary

IBP Manager - owns planning and execution of Sub-Segment of Imaging P&L. The role is a key leadership position on the Global Imaging planning team and supply chain operations team & product teams. Position is a key integrator between the region, product & ISC teams to drive demand and supply alignment. Lastly, this leader will be responsible for driving process improvements across the Global Imaging business spanning multiple functions and stakeholders.

Job Description

• Owning, creating & driving execution of Demand Planning processes and managing customer commitments and priorities, supporting order fulfillment to achieve the monthly sales & inventory targets for the business.
  
• Execution of IBP process, improve forecast accuracy and inventory turn performance, utilize strong analytics, ensure linkage for NPIs & commercial alignment
  
• Engage in early NPI & commercial process development to define forecasting rules and build long term forecast.
  
• Develop, create, and analyze Accessories forecast supporting overall segment, with root causing & action plan
  
• Support participate and track slotting thru S&OE to meet customer requests while delivering business revenue commitments
  
• Lead allocations and prioritizations for business to optimize revenue and cost, manage customer on time delivery metrics
  
• Developing the communication operating mechanisms, data reports and metrics to support key business imperatives, order execution and improve on time delivery performance
  
• Collaborate with sourcing and materials and planning to set plans to achieve cost, inventory, and fulfillment targets
  
• Ensure communication with commercial & region teams regarding equipment delivery timing and details
  
• Drive strategic initiatives supporting segment (e.g. Facilitator of Hoshin Kanri, Next Gen Planning, LSI Initiatives)
  
• Execute projects on inventory, forecast accuracy and simplification initiatives
