Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing legal counsel on a broad spectrum of commercial issues, including negotiation of agreements with third parties such as clients, business partners, suppliers, and vendors
• Advise on all legal aspects of our business operations
• Build and implement new and creative solutions to improve workflows and assist in cross-company activities to promote legal awareness
• Draft EULA, MSA, terms of use, contracts, and other essential legal documents
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of applicable global regulations and stay updated on ongoing changes
• Offer internal legal support to various teams within the organization
• Collaborate with external counsels (both in Israel and internationally) to implement business-enabling solutions
• Work closely with our product teams, providing legal advice on all global aspects of our activities
  
  

• Licensed lawyer with 4-5 years of experience as in-house counsel for a hi-tech company, a reputable law firm, or other tech-related legal roles
• You’re fluent in English (mother-tongue or mother-tongue level)
• Demonstrated experience in drafting commercial agreements, with the ability to draft, negotiate, and finalize agreements independently
• Passion for learning and researching emerging legal aspects
• Diligent, hardworking, and proficient in multitasking
• Collaborative team player committed to quality work and client satisfaction
• Willingness to work with multiple time zones (including US)
