We are seeking a driven and innovative Data Product Manager to lead the development and management of data-driven solutions in our fast-paced tech company specializing in online fraud detection.

As a Data Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the data product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the successful delivery of cutting-edge fraud detection and solutions that address the evolving landscape of fraudulent activities.

Responsibilities:

Product Data Strategy

• Have a leading role in defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data-driven products that enhance fraud detection and prevention capabilities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and drive product innovation.
  
  

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, analysts and researchers to conceptualize, develop, and launch data-driven products that leverage advanced analytics and machine learning to detect and prevent fraud.
• Lead end-to-end product development processes, from ideation and requirements gathering to implementation and delivery.
  
  

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, data science, design, and business development, to ensure alignment and successful execution of the data product roadmap.
• Collaborate with product marketing to develop compelling messaging and positioning for data products, and support go-to-market strategies.
  
  

• Leverage data analytics and visualization tools to analyze complex data sets, extract insights, and identify trends related to fraudulent activities.
• Work with other product managers to translate data-driven insights into actionable product enhancements, features, and improvements.
  
  

• Monitor and measure the performance of data products, utilizing key metrics to assess effectiveness and iterate on product features to continuously improve fraud detection outcomes.
  
  

• Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and ensure that data products meet their needs and expectations.
  
  

• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure that data products adhere to relevant regulations, data privacy standards, and security requirements.
  
  

• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in fraud detection and prevention, and apply this knowledge to drive product innovation.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data-driven products and fraud detection/prevention solutions.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, machine learning, and data engineering concepts, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical teams.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to convey insights and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of successfully bringing data products to market and driving their success.
• Prior experience in fraud detection or threat intelligence, is highly desirable.
