As the Senior PM, you will:

• Work closely with our CTO, leadership team and customers to establish product visions and strategies
• Own e2e responsibility of one of Juno’s modules (LMS, LXP, 360 Feedback, etc.).
• Define clear objectives and drive new product initiatives from concept to release.
• Conduct user interviews, analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities.
• Define detailed specifications and guide technical development of new features.
• Track product metrics and ensure initiatives deliver intended business value.
• Effectively manage project timelines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  
  

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B.
• Proven abilities to take products from idea to launch while exceeding customer expectations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting data to drive decisions.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
• BA/BS in relevant field, such as computer science or Business.
• SaaS, Web and HR Tech background are an advantage.
