As the Senior PM, you will:

Work closely with our CTO, leadership team and customers to establish product visions and strategies
Own e2e responsibility of one of Juno’s modules (LMS, LXP, 360 Feedback, etc.).
Define clear objectives and drive new product initiatives from concept to release.
Conduct user interviews, analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities.
Define detailed specifications and guide technical development of new features.
Track product metrics and ensure initiatives deliver intended business value.
Effectively manage project timelines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Requirements:

5+ years of product management experience in B2B.
Proven abilities to take products from idea to launch while exceeding customer expectations.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting data to drive decisions.
Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
BA/BS in relevant field, such as computer science or Business.
SaaS, Web and HR Tech background are an advantage.
