We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product Department .Deliver new products, end-to-end from the initial concept, understand the customer needs, define the user experience, and work on the technical design aspects. What will you do:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development decisions.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive successful product development and launches.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring products meet quality standards and market demands.
• Understand customer needs and pain points, gather feedback to iterate on existing products, and identify opportunities for new features or solutions.
• Mentor, provide guidance, support, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  
  

• 6+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of successful product launches and improvements
• University undergraduate (B.Sc.) - Must
• Tech background - Advantage
• MBA graduate - Advantage
• Passionate about UX and building great user journeys
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product plans (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
• Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams towards common goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey (and simplify) complex ideas to different stakeholders and enterprise customers.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
