PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Plans, designs and leads global employee compensation programs and processes across Orbia.
Develop best practices, analyzing market trends, ensuring competitive and fair pay structures
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key member of the Global Total Rewards team, responsible for the thought lead and design of Compensation programs at Orbia
· Design and execute Compensation cross company programs in alignment with Total Rewards philosophy and approach.
· Lead end to end Year-End compensation process which includes Merit, Bonus and LTI.
· Build change management practices related to compensation for the People community and managers.
· Lead the annual compensation market review, including benchmark methodology, competitiveness assessment and business needs.
· Design Orbia’s pay equity approach and action plan to foster equitable pay practices.
· Manage and oversee Orbia’s long term incentive program end to end implementation and administration.
· Responsible for Orbia’s leveling methodology and job evaluation process.
· Work in tight partnership with other global Total Rewards leadership members to streamline processes and work routines.
· Manage external vendors to achieve maximum efficiency and return on investment.
· Support various stakeholders, such as People teams, Total Rewards leads, Managers, Finance and others
· Provide management and leadership to the Orbia Compensation Team, Compensation Partner and LTI Administrator.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Mastering the C&B various methodologies, global processes and programs, as well as familiarity with best practices in the Rewards arena
- Ability to run global and complex programs and processes, working in partnership with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong quantitative analytic capabilities
- Ability to balance between strategic thinking and details orientation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Office Suite and other relevant Rewards systems (SuccesFactors, Workday, etc.)
- Excellent Collaboration, influencing and interpersonal skills — the ability to develop effective working relationships with a diverse and global team.
- Excellence in execution— the ability to resolve complex issues and complete multiple tasks within agreed timelines.
- Creativity and change adaptability—the ability to evolve, innovate and drive change among various stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business Admin, Economy, Statistics, Human Resources or related field
- 10+ years of experience in C&B (e.g., annual pay processes, surveys benchmark, salary review processes, job architecture design)
- Experience in working with financial concepts (P&L, cost center management, accruals)
- Experience in project management and crucial initiatives implementation in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in global/multinational companies
