OGC is a boutique research market and customer experience consulting firm specializing in data-driven strategy, quantitative analytics, and Voice Of the Customer (VOC) program design and optimization. We work with some of the world’s largest organizations across a variety of industries, including Financial Services, Specialty Retail, Telecommunications, Healthcare and Software, helping them to gain a deep understanding of their customers, develop actionable insights, and improve business processes.
We are seeking a Analytics Project Manager & team lead to join our team. This role provides a great opportunity for a dynamic, self-starter individual to become part of a high-performing team, and implement a hands-on approach to research and consulting, in order to help our clients become more insightful, uncover opportunities to grow their businesses, and create happier end-customers. We are seeking an “all round player” who can easily adapt to change and that is willing to embrace changing priorities and responsibilities based on business needs. This role provides an opportunity to work directly with upper management on a daily basis.
This is a full time position based out of our Tel Aviv office, in a hybrid working model. Standard work day is roughly 9:30-6:30 (flexibility is required as our clients are all in the US). This position is a maternity leave cover with the potential of being extended.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Market Research and Voice of the Customer projects, overseeing stakeholder and vendor management, navigating bottlenecks, and ensuring final approval and sign-off on project deliverables.
- Client Management and Business Development: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance on methodological best practices to ensure project rigor and validity. Foster strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Market Research & VOC: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research objectives, formulate questions, and design studies. Provide survey design and analytical support for Market Research and VOC initiatives, conducting end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research with appropriate methodologies. Translate complex data into actionable insights for key decision-makers.
- Data Analysis: Analyze datasets using appropriate statistical techniques.
- Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team managing global customer experience programs and market research projects. Provide thought leadership, strategic thinking, and identify opportunities for team-wide innovation and improvement in market research.
- Communications: Manage internal and external communications with relevant teams and stakeholders, ensuring project success. Deliver succinct updates to managers and clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering
- 3-5 years experience in Market Research, Project Management (strong preference for data analytics project management) or a related field
- Experience working directly with clients (large enterprise clients- advantageous)
- Strong Data Analysis skills and experience
- Self Starter, must be able to take initiative
- Strong Excel skills - An absolute must (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLookUp)
- Ability to learn new technological/analytical tools and methodologies
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience producing high quality, client-ready presentations
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects and requests
- Capable of working independently and collaborating with a team
- Strong experience as a people manager and team lead
- Strong workflow management skills including organizational, time/project management, planning, prioritization and implementation through either previous PM experience or PM certifications
- Python, R, VBA, SPSS, Tableau and Power BI - A significant advantage
- Qualitative and Quantitative Research Experience (advantageous)
- Understanding statistical techniques, such as regression, factor analysis, and clustering (advantageous)
