Data Analyst Team Lead

As part of the role you will be the leading data personnel of the entire game team. You will be involved in every critical junction and decision-making and collaborate with other teams, such as Economy, Product, and Monetization.

You will be responsible for:

• Support the Product team with every new feature in defining KPIs, defining BI requests, monitoring releases, analysis, A/B testing, and optimization
• Work closely with the Business team in monitoring, analyzing, and understanding our business on a daily basis
• Responsibility of dashboards and Tools for the entire studio
• Collaborate with the Global Data Platform team to build new data products such as datasets, data applications, or data pipeline
• Recruit, Build, and Lead a team of Data Analysts and guide them with personal management, professional development, career path, and more

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a manager.
• 3+ years of experience in analytical work in a gaming company.
• BSc/BA in a highly quantitative field such as Mathematics/Industrial Engineering/Economics/Statistics or equivalent academic knowledge
• Strong SQL with experience in querying large, complex data sets
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Strong Project management abilities, and high attention to detail
