About the Role
As a member of the Sales Development Department, your daily tasks will involve:
- Implementing sales development best practices through cold calling, email outreach, voicemails, and leveraging social media, using enablement technology to connect with potential clients.
- Employing prospecting and research tools to assess accounts and generate opportunities for meetings with target personas.
- Collaborating with team members to innovate and enhance the overall sales development process.
- Staying informed about industry trends and market conditions to become an expert in the industries you are supporting.
- Participating in weekly team training sessions to continuously enhance your skills and development as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
- For more advanced SDR/BDR candidates, there may be an opportunity to act as a 'closer' for some of the smaller deals for which you initially generate meetings.

Requirements
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
- Fluent English (spoken/written) – a must.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on multiple responsibilities, making decisions in an agile and resourceful manner.
- Demonstrated ability to roll up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity.
- Working hours align with the North American time zone.
