We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our rapidly growing team. As the first product manager reporting to the VP Product, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our product's success. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, exceptionally sharp, have a hands-on approach and come from strong product companies. This is a unique opportunity to work in multiple markets and verticals and become a key influencer within our dynamic startup environment.

About the Role:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate the product vision and strategy into actionable plans and deliverables.
Drive product discovery initiatives to identify market pain points and growth opportunities.
Act as the product owner for a scrum team, defining and prioritizing features, creating clear user stories, and grooming the product backlog.
Work closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality features to the market.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape, competition, and industry trends to drive continuous product innovation.
Conduct market research, gather user feedback, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities for product enhancement.

Requirements:

Requirements:

3+ years of agile/scrum product management experience as a product owner.
Proven track record managing B2B SaaS products in both the product-market-fit and growth phases.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience, showcasing a history of excellence.
Exceptional communication skills, a collaborative team player, and a natural leader.
Strong grasp of product development processes and methodologies.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven decision-making approach and a balance of attention to detail and the broader strategic picture.
Passion for building user-centric products and driving impactful changes.

Advantages:

Previous experience at top-tier product companies with a focus on product development best practices.
Background in software development, BI, or other technical roles.
Experience in data visualization.
Familiarity with Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies.
