Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and contributing to the overall success and growth of Greco.

Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy:

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the CEO and board on financial decisions.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Risk Management:

• Assess and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Implement effective internal controls and financial policies.

Reporting:

• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders.
• Communicate financial performance and key metrics to executive leadership.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Ensure the team's continuous professional development.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-functional initiatives and achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar executive finance role.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
