Technical Support Engineer

Mobileye's Advanced development Technical Team is looking for Technical Support Engineer . Our team works on new products and technologies to deliver the best technical solution for evaluation of Mobileye's products and cutting-edge technologies.

We're looking for a strong, hands-on technical support engineer who is passionately motivated by challenges and excels in troubleshooting complex problems, all with customer facing "can do" approach.

What will your job look like?

• 90% of your job is going to be in English.
• Work with a wide variety of products with different operating systems and disciplines.
• Front-facing technical customer support (B2B) around the globe with different time-zones.
• Often visit customers on-site providing support and installations.
• Reproduce issues raised by customers and to push for fixes by collaborating with various teams in Mobileye, testing and updating customer products.
• Knowledge base documents preparation and maintenance.
• Plan future SW deliveries based on customer (Internal and External) requests/needs.
  
  

• Full command on English (Written and Verbal).
• B.Sc. in Engineering or a similar quantitative field, with Strong technical knowledge and communication skills.
• Proven B2B customer support experience.
• Willingness to fly abroad frequently (about once a month on peak)
• Valid Israeli driver's License.
• Experience with version release methods and development processes – an advantage
• Experience working in Linux environment - an advantage
• Experience with Python - an advantage
