BDR/SDR

AEYE Health, a well funded startup developing AI for diagnosing diseases from retinal images, is looking for a star Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our marketing team. As a BDR, you will be in the front line of our go-to-market effort, identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads for new business opportunities. You will also be involved in building relationships with key decision-makers and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute lead generation campaigns spanning multiple channels, including cold calls and email, digital advertisements, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
• Identify and qualify leads from a variety of sources, including online research, trade shows, and referrals.
• Develop target lists using tools like ZoomInfo, RocketReach and Apollo. 
• Develop and implement call scripts, campaigns, email pitches and other outreach collateral to improve lead generation. 
• Perform A/B testing for interactions and analyze results.
• Research and understand potential customers' needs and pain points.
• Develop and execute personalized sales outreach campaigns.
• Engage in conversations with potential customers to qualify their needs and assess their fit for our products or services.
• Nurture leads through the sales funnel by providing them with valuable information and resources.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
