OrCam Technologies is looking for a Sales team leader to join our Call Center (B2C).

The position includes managing employees and motivating the team to meet sales goals.

• Provides training and coaching to employees.
• Displays strong communication and technical skills.
• Work with coworkers, management, and other departments to help coordinate problem-solving in an effective and timely manner.
• Provide technical expertise to co-workers and handles elevated calls.
• Effective communication skills in a professional setting, both spoken and verbal.

• English Language - fluent or native – Must
• 3 years of sales experience in the world of call centers – Must
• Available to work US working hours (16:00-01:00 IL TIME)
• Experience in managing a team and leading it to meet targets.
• Ability to think creatively and under pressure.
• Ability to lead a diverse group of sellers.
• Willingness to travel abroad as part of the position.
• On-site at our Jerusalem office located in Har-Hotzvim.
