Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Implementation Consultant role as part of the R&D department.

The Implementation Consultant will work with clients and ComBTAS CSM managers to understand their unique business requirements and implement ComBTAS solutions. 

The Implementation Consultant will also be responsible for writing requirements document for the client and than developing requirements documentation, designing solutions, conducting tests, working with development teams, end-user training, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Consulting experience to understand client requirements and develop solutions to meet their business needs.
• Software Implementation and Project Implementation experience to ensure successful project delivery, on time and within budget.
• Strong Communication skills to actively listen, articulate and convey technical ideas and information to clients and development teams
• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
• Experience with Travel and Expense management solutions and familiarity with ERP and Accounting systems is a plus.
