Full stack team leader

A company in the field of Data, developing AI-based technology and smart algorithms that enable app owners to reach their most relevant user base by predicting real-time interests and analyzing data on a massive scale.

Within the role: establishing a new team from scratch, recruiting, and managing 4-5 developers. Initially, it will be 100% remote work, gradually minimizing as the team grows. Reporting to the Director and closely collaborating with the CTO.

Developing a large-scale real-time system with low latency, primarily focusing on backend development in Node.js and some client-side work in React. The technological stack includes Redis, Presto, Kubernetes, and AWS.

Located in Tel Aviv near the railway, incorporating 2 days of remote work. Employing 75 individuals.

Requirements-

• 2 years of management experience
• 5 years of experience as a full-stack engineer
• Experience with Python/NodeJS
• Experience in web/SaaS companies
• Working with one of the cloud providers: AWS, Google, Microsoft
