Project Manager

About the department

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our new and growing Global Operations team, which is a centralized unit that oversees the success of the cross company projects and processes, under the Chief of Staff.

You’ll be responsible for leading complex projects that are crucial for our business success. You’ll lead the department’s work processes along with multiple stakeholders across all our global studios and the parent companies and ensure that all objectives are aligned with our business goals.

Responsibilities

• Planning and executing projects: developing project plans and schedules, and ensuring that projects are executed on time, within budget when relevant, and to the required quality standards.
• Engaging in diverse areas (Marketing/ Logistics/ Global processes/ R&D/ Business applications/ system implementation etc.)
• Communicating with stakeholders: keeping stakeholders informed of project progress, risks, and issues, and managing expectations as needed.
• Coordinating with other departments: coordinate with other departments within Plarium and external, to ensure that project deliverables meet business needs.
• Ensuring smart decision-making: insuring full alignment of all parties, while maintaining a lean approach.
• Managing project risks: identify, assess, and mitigate risks to project success, and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Developing and maintaining project/process documentation: develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and other relevant documents.
• Assisting the chief of staff in developing and implementing operational/company policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Supporting Chief of Staff in improving systems, processes, and best practices.

What we expect

• 3+ years of related project management experience in a global company- a must
• Proven experience in leading global cross company projects
• High-level written and verbal English
• Proven hands-on experience in project management methodologies (for example Gantt, Critical Path)
• Proven hands-on experience in project management tools
• Proven Experience in Process design
• Familiarity with the gaming ecosystem - an advantage
