Protected Media is looking for a self-motivated individual with a deep understanding of digital advertising on both Commercial and Technical aspects.
The ideal candidate is able to work independently and take on responsibilities to ensure the successful implementation of our software solutions within our customer's ecosystem.
Responsibilities
As our Sales Engineer, you will be working within our CS team, with the main goal of directly supporting our Sales team and efforts, ensuring that your technical knowledge will facilitate achieving commercial targets.
The main responsibility would be owning the Onboarding process (A-Z):
- Accompanying the Sales team members throughout the Sales cycle by providing technology coverage till the deal closure.
- Leading presales technical/functional support activity to prospective customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Running trial onboarding includes defining technical requirements, integration, and training.
- Conducting Smooth handover of new customers to the CS team after a deal is closed, or in some cases, after a few months of performing account management services as needed.
- Providing technological guidance, direction and mentoring to the Sales team members, particularly on new technological trends and solutions.
- Performing data analysis (SQL and Excel) for the purpose of guiding the customer(s) during the trial period.
Qualifications
- Adtech technical background of at least 2 years as a Presale, Solution engineer or AdOps.
- Enjoys working with clients, experienced in customer-facing dynamics and challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- English-Mother Tongue.
- Proven ability to translate potentially complicated technical situations to a variety of audiences, both internally and externally to stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to act in a very dynamic environment that spreads over different technologies and various business cultures.
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on reaching tangible success.
