Job Title
Graduate Development Program- Product Industrialization Engineer

Job Description

Your role:

Identifies, design, implement and validate manufacturing processes, tools and equipment enabling quality and efficiency
Driving make/buy decisions and be involved in supplier selection process
Accountable for the process and equipment capability that meets these Requirements
Orchestrates design for lean manufacturing with according inputs to PDLM
Preparation & Release of Mfg. DMR ( Work instruction, PFMEA, Process validation docs etc.)

You're the right fit if:

B.Sc. in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
Understanding of production processes
Have a maximum of 2 years of work experience.
Fluent English- writing and verbal
Strong understanding of technical context and project management
Strong communication skills.
