As a Finance Manager at Unilever Food Solutions, you play a crucial role in driving financial stability, strategic decision-making, and business development within our dynamic global business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for UFS.
Analyze financial data, performance metrics, and market trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Budgeting and Cost Control:
Create, monitor, and manage budgets to ensure financial stability.
Implement effective cost control measures and identify areas for efficiency improvement, including TMI investment and MIX improvement.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to both local and global management teams.
- Financial Decision Support:
Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to support key decision-making processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Development and Marketing, to assess the financial implications of business initiatives.
- Financial Policies and Procedures:
Establish and enforce transparent financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and accountability.
- Talent Development:
Foster financial acumen among UFS team members.
Develop the capabilities of the financial team through mentoring and training initiatives.
- Building Connectivity within Local Finance Community:
Engage with the local finance leadership team and share service team to provide sufficient support to the FS business.
Support and contribute to local finance agendas.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience with a solid understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in the food service industry is preferred.
- Owner’s mindset towards business challenges, with the ability to provide fact-based solutions.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with a focus on business partnering.
- Benefit (not a must): experienced in oversee the BI & Data Team, ensuring effective decision-making reports, data visibility, and utilization of the UL data lake for GTM purposes. Drive CRM designing initiatives to enhance business intelligence.
