Project Operations Lead

Revuze is a startup with a mission to revolutionize the way in which market research is being conducted by collecting millions of consumer reviews from the top Retailers and turning them into actionable insights at a click. The most world renowned brands in the electronics, cosmetics, apparel, hygiene and food industry, are currently using Revuze to improve their competitive positioning and product development/innovation road map.

We are seeking a dedicated Project Operations Lead to manage a team of data QA specialists. The team is responsible for the quality assessment and verification of our analytics suite data prior to delivering to customers. As part of the role, you’ll manage the company's data delivery process in all aspects. You’ll work with internal stakeholders such as Customer Success, R&D, and Product teams on integrations, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of data QA specialists
• Implement monitoring systems and manage the daily activities of the team
• Collaborate with R&D and other internal stakeholders to ensure the successful launch of projects
• Project management - Risks estimation, Tracking & addressing open topics within defined timelines
• Optimizing existing processes to improve capacity

Requirements

• 2-3 years of work experience in a Project Management \Delivery\ Operations lead role in a fast-paced growth company
• Proven experience in planning and leading End-to-End cross-team operations projects in a dynamic environment
• Managerial experience
• Tech orientation/ background – a great advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
• Problem solver with the ability to articulate program issues and drive to resolution
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
• Experience working with ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk, Asana, etc.) – an
• advantage.
