Technical Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead large and cross-organizational projects. This role involves close collaboration with various business entities (private division, business, credit, etc.) to gather requirements, conduct checks, and prioritize tasks. You'll work in tandem with our department's architect and interface with all technological aspects of our information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging with senior officials and technological teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
• Understanding and advocating for the defined solutions, motivating all stakeholders towards successful project completion.
• Preparing steering committees, summarizing meetings, and effectively allocating and overseeing project resources.
• Ensuring all project phases are executed as required, from inception to production.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the technological sector of a large organization, preferably in the financial industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong background in systems analysis.
• Demonstrated ability in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent understanding of business requirements from a technological perspective.
• Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and adeptness in matrix management.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
• Relevant academic qualifications in a related field.
