Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategy, with a focus on lead generation and brand awareness in the travel technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns with a focus on LinkedIn for both free and paid advertisements.
• Create engaging social media content and manage our social media presence.
• Design and execute LinkedIn paid campaigns, targeting specific audiences to generate leads.
• Manage and optimize our email marketing efforts, including newsletters and email campaigns.
• Create compelling content and develop supporting landing pages to drive conversions.
• Utilize HubSpot CRM to integrate and track marketing activities and campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze marketing data to inform strategy and improve campaign performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing.
• Proven track record in managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
• Experience in email marketing and content creation.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Mother tongue English level is required.

Preferred:

• Experience in the travel technology sector or a related field.
• Proficiency in account-based marketing and strategic planning.
