Assembly Team Lead

What we are looking for

The Production team at Nova is looking for Assembly Team Leader.

As an Assembly Team Leader, you will lead a team of four employees and report to the Line Manager. You will be accountable for the team's delivery and quality, while collaborating with the Planning and Engineering departments.

Requirements:

B.Sc. / practical Engineering diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
Proved Hands-on capabilities with Assembly, calibration, and troubleshooting – a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, lab electronic measurement equipment – a must.
High English level – a must.
Experience in leading a team.
Experience in semiconductors – an advantage.

Role Responsibilities:

What you will be doing

Successfully manage the production assembly team to meet group objectives, focusing on achieving 100% on-time delivery (OTD) while maintaining high-quality standards.
Strive for cycle time reduction, production independence, first yield improvement, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Build and maintain assembly infrastructure; processes, procedures, knowledge, jigs etc.
Support the line manager in managing assembly interfaces inside the division and outside (e.g. Eng., WH, planning, SRV PD, etc.).
Build and maintain highly motivated production assembly team keeping Nova’s unique culture and spirit (good atmosphere, mutual support and serviceability with high commitment)
Focus on core values; professionalism, accountability & efficiency.
Actively involvement in quality and ongoing improvement of the product’s assembly and alignment to enable smooth and professional production.
Define needs, recruit, train, develop and manage production HR with high quality and efficiency to support Nova’s production requirements
