We're searching for a Business Development Representative (BDR) / Outbound Sales Manager to join our TLV team.
Responsibilities
- Develop Noogata's top of funnel outreach efforts and build a pipeline of qualified opportunities: connect with as many prospects as possible through email, cold calling or via LinkedIn messages, meeting outreach target quotas
- Capture, track and analyze all contacts, accounts, leads, and opportunities in CRM and sales tools database
- Generate and qualify new leads- using best-practice methods and systems (Zoominfo, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, etc.)
- Nurture leads into sales opportunities, learning and collaborating with the team as you go; schedule meetings and demo's
- Run rapid A/B testing on scripts for different target audiences and contribute to our outreach Playbook
- Reporting directly to Noogata's CEO, provide regular quantitative and qualitative progress updates to the leadership team, share your perspective and ideas
- Effectively communicate with individuals at all levels in the organization, discussing the value of Noogata to both technical and non-technical audiences
- 3+ years of work experience in a Sales / Business Development capacity for SaaS products
- Knowledge of the software market, products, and businesses
- Tools experience:
- Industry standard systems - LinkedIn premiums, Hubspot, Salesforce
- Experience with data analytics, data warehousing
- Ability to balance independence with collaboration - capture key input from stakeholders and then effectively execute the work, repeat.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales process, personas and sales motion. Experience engaging with Sales, Marketing, ECommerce and/or Analytics executives
- Fluent Business English, effective oral and written communication
- Fast thinker, delivery oriented, resourceful, driven, organized and highly collaborative
- Passion for Data products and/or consumer products and trends
- Experience in targeting/selling to Consumer Packaged Goods companies
- Experience in early stage startup environment
