Trade Finance Specialist

Netafim Finance department is looking for a trade finance specialist to join the corporate trade Finance team.

The ultimate candidate will have strong commercial orientation, working closely with different stakeholders and provide support for various business aspects.

He/she will have strong analytical skills, negation skills and attention to details along with ability to understand the broader picture.

Main responsibilities

• Support Netafim Business Units by implementing and structuring financing solutions for Netafim customers.
• Provide professional support to various stakeholders for Commercial and Legal contractual aspects.
• Establish and expand cooperation and relationships with different financial institutions worldwide.
• Support working capital improvements via various instruments like AR securitization, Supplier Financing, Factoring, etc.
• Manage, monitor and control of Corporate Credit Committee decisions for both projects and ongoing sales in accordance with company policy and procedures.
• Manage and supervise the global short-term credit insurance program (limits, claims, reports, payments etc.).
• Manage executed transactions (Collection monitoring, reporting to the financing institutions, defaults management, Insurance policy servicing, etc.)
• Generating various reports to support the financing activities.

• 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in structured trade finance
• Acquaintance with international Banking and Insurance institutions
• Negotiations skills for terms with Customers and Financing institutions.
• L/C management experience – advantage
• Knowledge and Background in accounting standards and treatment
• Fluent in English and Hebrew, Spanish - Advantage
• Deep Knowledge with Microsoft Office, Experience with SAP – Advantage
• Readiness to travel abroad.
